Terms of sale
Who we are. FirstLight OS is run by [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY], CVR [CVR NUMBER], [ADDRESS], Denmark. Email: [email protected].
1. What you buy
FirstLight OS is a digital kit: instructions, templates, prompts, a spreadsheet and guides that you install in an AI assistant you choose and control, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. It is sold in three levels: Foundation, Operator and Command. Each level includes the levels below it. It is not software as a service, a subscription or a course.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and are one-off payments. Orders are processed by our online reseller, [PLATFORM, e.g. Lemon Squeezy], which acts as the merchant of record. They handle payment, invoices and sales tax or VAT, and their own terms apply to the payment. Your receipt comes from them.
3. Delivery
You get a download link straight after payment and by email. Download your files and keep a copy. If a link stops working, write to us and we will send a new one.
4. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered as a download, that right ends once the download is made available, if you agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you would lose the right of withdrawal. We ask for that consent at checkout.
Separately, we offer a voluntary guarantee: if the kit is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions beyond what would help us improve.
5. Your licence
You may use the kit for yourself, on as many devices and AI tools as you like, and adapt it for your own use. You may not resell, share or publish it, or use it to deliver paid services to others, without a separate agreement. The full licence is on the licence page and in the kit.
6. Upgrades and updates
You can move to a higher level by paying the difference in price. If we update the level you bought, we may send you the new version at no extra cost; we do not promise updates.
7. Your responsibility
The kit works inside AI tools that you choose and control. You are responsible for how you use those tools, for the data you put into them, and for following your employer's policies and the law. Always check AI output before you act on it or send it.
8. Liability
The kit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you have a complaint, write to us first. EU consumers can also use their national consumer complaint body.
