For B2B sellers new to AI

AI that does your work. No skills needed.

For sellers who have barely used AI. Answer a few questions, and it runs your mornings, follow-ups and prep.

Never got AI to do real work? Start here.

You don't need to know how to prompt, code or "use AI". If you can answer questions about your job, you can set this up.

This is for you if

  • You tried ChatGPT or Copilot, got a generic answer and went back to your inbox.
  • You don't know what to ask it, so you rarely open it.
  • Colleagues say AI saves them hours, but nobody showed you how.
  • You worry it will send or say something wrong in your name.

All you need

  • An AI account. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. Don't have one? The kit tells you which to pick.
  • About an hour, once. Step by step, in plain language.
  • Your answers, not your skills. A setup interview asks about your job and builds the system for you.

Already an AI power user? You'll still save setup time, but this kit is written for beginners.

A normal Monday, with and without it.

Same job, same accounts, same calendar. The difference is who does the legwork.

Without:Open 60 emails and guess what matters first.
With FirstLight OS:Read a two-minute brief. Three things need you.
Without:Dig through old notes before a customer call.
With FirstLight OS:Prep on one screen: who, history, your goal.
Without:Write the same follow-up email from scratch.
With FirstLight OS:Approve a draft already written in your voice.
Without:Update the CRM from memory, if at all.
With FirstLight OS:Paste your notes. The updates are proposed for you.
Without:A deal went quiet three weeks ago. Nobody noticed.
With FirstLight OS:Flagged on day 21, with a nudge ready to send.
Without:End the week unsure what slipped.
With FirstLight OS:A Friday review: wins, misses and next week's top five.

An illustration of a typical week. Your rhythm, your rules.

What you get back.

Two colleagues in a relaxed conversation over coffee

Time for the conversations only you can have.

The admin moves to the system. The relationships stay with you.

One memory

It knows your accounts, people and priorities. You stop re-explaining.

Your voice

Built from emails you wrote. Drafts read like you, not like a bot.

Nothing slips

Overdue next steps, quiet accounts and stalled deals surface on their own, with the evidence.

A man working on his laptop at a home desk

A system that gets sharper

Every edit you make teaches it. New rules are proposed, never imposed.

How it works

Set it once. It runs on schedule.

Most routines start on their own at the time you choose. Pick an example and watch one run.

  1. Collect

Reads what it needs: inbox, calendar, notes or tracker.

  2. Route

Sends each item to the right desk and filters the noise.

  3. Draft

Writes briefs, updates and replies, in your voice.

  4. Approve

Nothing leaves until you say yes.

Tip: point at a task to see what it does. Set the times once in your AI tool and change them any time.

Example runs with sample accounts. Your runs use your own inbox, calendar, notes and tracker.

Nothing leaves without your yes.

Every action has a level. The system knows which ones it may do alone, and which ones wait for you.

Green

It just does it

Reading, summarising, ranking and drafting for you to look at.

Amber

It asks first

Changes to your own records: tracker rows, memory and calendar holds.

Red

You see the final version

Anything another person will see, and any price, promise or deletion.

The kit

Three levels. Start where you are.

Each level includes everything below it, so you can start small and upgrade without redoing anything.

Operator

For sellers who want the daily rhythm handled: briefs, prep, follow-ups and a tracker that stays current.

I have barely used AI. Is this too advanced?

No, it is written for you. You copy, paste and answer questions about your job in plain language. Every kit opens with a short guide that explains each term and gets you a first useful result in ten minutes, before you set anything up.

I don't have an AI account. Which one should I get?

Use the one your employer allows. If you can choose freely, ChatGPT or Claude are the easiest places to start. The kit has a one-page comparison of ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini, and the install guide has steps for each.

Do I need to code or install software?

No. The kit is text files, prompts you copy and paste, and a spreadsheet. Nothing is installed on your computer. The only script in the kit is an optional health check in Command, and you never need to run it.

How long does setup take?

Foundation takes about an hour: a 20 minute setup interview, 10 minutes to capture your writing voice, and 20 minutes to install. Operator adds about 90 minutes. Command adds about an hour, best done after a week on Operator.

What do I actually do during setup?

You paste the setup interview into your AI assistant and answer about 15 questions about your job. You paste five emails you wrote so it learns your style. Then you create a project in your AI tool, paste in the instructions, upload three files, and run five short checks to see that it works.

Never set up AI before? Start this week.

Begin with Foundation, follow the steps in plain language, and have your first morning brief by Monday.
