Why it exists

Most sellers have tried ChatGPT or Copilot once, got a generic answer and went back to their inbox. Not because AI can't help, but because nobody showed them how to make it useful for their actual week: the morning triage, the meeting prep, the follow-ups and the deals that quietly go cold.

FirstLight OS started as the system I built for my own quota-carrying job in B2B tech, working with channel partners across the Nordics and Europe. It runs my mornings, preps my meetings and drafts my follow-ups, and it never sends anything without my yes. FirstLight OS is that system, rewritten in plain language so anyone can set it up in about an hour.
